Meet our experienced team who will be there with you throughout your home building journey

Monique Diedrich

Monique is our New Homes Consultant and is based at our Clara display home in Orange. She will assist you through all the initial stages of your new home journey from selecting the perfect design, purchasing a block of land and providing contacts for finance and conveyancing. No matter what stage you are at, pop in and see Monique to discuss your plans.

Natalie Zamparo

Natalie is our Projects Co-ordinator and is based in our Bathurst sales office. As the Projects Co-ordinator, Natalie works closely with the Building Supervisor, sub-contractors and suppliers to ensure materials and trades are scheduled on site and the project stays on track for a smooth and efficient build. Natalie also has a interior design background and can assist clients with selecting their colours for interiors and exteriors.

Jane Van Dorp

Our Client Manager Jane works closely with all our new clients through all the initial stages to bring your new home vision to life. Jane manages the whole process from plan preparation, site investigations, selections, colours and pricing right through to contract signing. Jane has worked on the team for 10 years.

Meet the Hotondo Homes Bathurst and Orange team!

Gillian Coleman

As Business and Financial Manager, Gillian is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the business. Gillian oversees sales and estimating and takes over from Jane and Libby at the contract signing. She oversees the building process  and is there to keep you up-to-date with weekly progress. Gillian will co-ordinate all site visits and progress payments right through to handover.

Mark (Macca) McDonald

Macca is our Building Supervisor and is responsible for co-ordinating all on-site activities from deliveries, supervision of trades, quality control and liaising with clients regarding the construction progress. Macca is a qualified carpenter, a qualified supervisor and is currently completing his builder license. Macca completed his apprenticeship through Hotondo Homes and has worked for the business for over 10 years. 

Dave Curran

Our Site Foreman and Head Carpenter, Dave is responsible for all site management and ensures sites are compliant, neat and tidy. Because of his attention to detail and care, he is also responsible for quality control, fixout and final fit in new homes. Dave completed his carpentry apprenticeship through Hotondo Homes in Bathurst and has completed his Supervisors course. 

Greg Coleman

As the Director and Builder, Greg oversees the entire building process from initial site investigations, to meeting clients on site and co-ordination of supervisors, subcontractors and trades. Greg keeps busy by meeting customers on site to discuss building progress, liaising with Councils and meeting developers regarding land - plus the day-to-day running of the business.
