3D Explore

At Hotondo Homes we know it’s not always easy for potential clients to look at a floor plan and imagine what a home will look like. But with Hotondo Homes 3D Explore they don’t have to imagine it, they can now experience it!

3D Explore lets your clients ‘walk through’ our display homes at the click of a button. They can experience the quality, innovation and beautiful architecturally designed features of our homes where they want and when they want.  This provides a great resource to showcase a nation wide range of homes to each and every client.  Another popular part of the Hotondo Homes online offering.

Virtual Retreat

In March 2018, Hotondo Homes launched Virtual Retreat, a new feature giving First Homes Buyers the opportunity to virtually ‘walk through’ the Forever Retreat range of homes – before they’ve even been built.

The app allows users to take a 3D tour of any design in the range, which provides a better understanding of a particular design’s layout and flow. The new technology will allow first home buyers to make a more informed decision when it comes to building a new home and enhance their overall customer service experience with Hotondo Homes.

New TV ads

A new section of the Hotondo Homes website that presents an exciting experience to our web users.  By showcasing our latest TV advertisements, this section also enhances the television offering by bringing it all together with commentary from multiple team members involved as well as looking at the making of the TV ads and the overall strategy.  A fun way to engage the web user with our advertising.

OUR TRAINING SESSIONS

Hotondo Homes offers a number of extensive training sessions to ensure you have everything you need to hit the ground running when starting your new business. These courses include:

Sales Training: Hotondo’s 5 steps of selling teaches you how to sell a home instead of tendering for work. Our trainers will train your sales people and then provide feedback based on their results.

Finance and Bookkeeping Training: We offer in-depth training on financial management of your business by providing you with an understanding of financial reporting including monitoring cashflow, profit and loss and balance sheet reporting.

Colour Selection: This course will provide you with the confidence and knowledge to successfully create an appealing interior/exterior colour selection.

Supervision: Participants will be provided with best practice in scheduling, workflow, labour allocation, site files, communication and client management.

Constructor Training 101/102: This course will give you a basic understanding of how to estimate through the program including usage of formulas. The advanced 102 course provides participants with an in-depth knowledge of the estimating elements of the Constructor Software including options, creditors and specifications.
