With a diverse background across multiple style-focused industries and a Bachelor of Design majoring in Styling and Creative Direction, Tahlecia combines professional knowledge with a keen eye for detail. Whether it’s tapware, tiles or external colour schemes, she’s your go-to for all the “fun” decisions.

Nicole Keir - Sales Consultant

Nicole is our dedicated Sales Consultant, bringing extensive sales experience to guide you through every step of planning your new home.

Whether you’re seeking the perfect block of land to design your dream home or considering your long-term investment goals, Nicole ensures the process is seamless, enjoyable and tailored to your vision.

With a strong focus on your needs and aspirations, Nicole works closely with you to help turn your dream home or investment goals into a reality.

Jesse Hardy - Project Manager

Our Project Manager, Jesse, brings a wealth of experience and industry knowledge to the team, having worked in the construction industry since 2005. Jesse holds a Certificate III in Carpentry, Certificate IV in Building and Construction, Certificate IV in Engineering (Structural Fabrication), and a Diploma in Structural and Civil Engineering. He is also a licensed welder.

Jesse is highly respected by his colleagues for his ability to lead, educate, and communicate effectively. In his role, he liaises with subcontractors, clients, and team members while overseeing all aspects of construction. Jesse manages the ordering of materials and equipment, ensures project specifications are followed, and maintains project schedules to ensure work is completed to a consistently high standard.

Hilary O'Dell - Administration & Client Care Officer

Hilary is our Administration and Client Care Officer. She brings a wealth of local knowledge along with extensive administrative experience.

Hilary is the friendly face who welcomes you when you visit and is always happy to assist with any questions you may have about a potential build. She is often the first point of contact, taking the time to listen and help connect you with our Sales Consultant, Town Planner, Builders and Interior Stylist.

Hilary also keeps our clients informed and engaged through our monthly newsletters and regular updates.

In addition, Hilary is a Justice of the Peace and brings a bright, bubbly personality to everything she does. She looks forward to meeting prospective clients and helping them take the exciting first steps toward building their dream home.

Mark Nichols - Director

Mark brings more than 25 years of experience as a professional builder servicing the Bega Valley and surrounding areas. With extensive local knowledge and a reputation for quality workmanship, he specialises in building homes that make the most of sloping and acreage blocks. Mark prides himself on delivering personalised service and is committed to supporting clients every step of the way throughout their building journey.

Rachel Chauveau - Town Planner & Operations Manager

With extensive experience in the industry, Rachel is our Town Planner and Operations Manager. Rachel works with our clients on their planning requirements to submit development applications and liase with council to obtain building approvals. Rachel is also responsible for all day-to-day functions, improving productivity and streamlining processes to ensure efficient and effective operations.
