Michael
Meet Mick (Michael), our General Manager! With a wealth of knowledge and experience in the building industry, Mick focuses on working closely with the directors and site supervisors to oversee all parts of construction. With 28 years of experience, he is well-versed in the nuances of building a home. Priding himself on his outstanding customer service, Michael is committed to delivering what the client wants, as well as making them feel like a part of the process.
Lacey
As our in-house Estimator, Lacey works closely with Adam our builder to prepare and deliver estimates for the cost of materials, labour and equipment needed to complete a Hotondo Southcoast Home.
Sarah
With a passion for working with the local community. Sarah works part time at Hotondo as our Marketing Manager and is always looking at ways we can help out within the community! With a focus on raising funds for Make-A-Wish and other local charities, including the Hotondo Helping Hands Intiative which raised over $450,000.00 for six local charities, Hotondo Southcoast prides themselves on giving back to our local community!
Stefanie
As our Accounts Manager, Stef is a key member of the Hotondo Southcoast team. She manages all financials of the business and helps clients through the financial process and progress payments.
James
James is our Site Supervisor who oversees and coordinates the daily operations of our worksites to ensure a high level of performance and compliance. James prides himself in his strong communication skills to both clients and contractors, ensuring each Hotondo Southcoast home is built to the highest of standards.
Lauren
Lauren is our Administration Assistant who works closely with our Office Assistant, Construction Manager and Colour Consultant to ensure all applications and procedures are processed and received.
Luke
Luke is our experienced Site Supervisor who will be there with you every step of the way! Luke will always happily answer all of your questions around the construction phase. He has exceptional communication skills and provides build progress updates, manages work sites efficiently and makes sure each home is built to the highest standards.
David
As our in-house Draftsman, Dave works as part of the construction team to produce the technical drawings needed to design buildings and create infrastructure. Closely working with the Sales team, Dave will be in meetings to address and deliver any design requests or modifications.
Rachel
Rachel is our enthusiastic Colour Consultant who helps guide every client through the colour selection process. Through colour consultations in our display room and visits to local showrooms, Rachel is able to help you envision what your home will look like, helping you select colours and features based on your personal taste!
