Ella Nicholson - Reception / Front of House
Ella is the friendly face that welcomes you when you visit our office, creating a positive first impression for every client and guest. With her warm personality and strong organisational skills, she keeps the front of house running smoothly while supporting the team with a range of day-to-day administrative tasks behind the scenes.
Ella takes pride in making sure every interaction is a great experience, whether she’s greeting visitors, answering enquiries or helping keep everything on track. Her approachable nature and attention to detail make her a valued part of the team.
Outside of work, Ella enjoys spending time with her dog Lulu and friends and making the most of her downtime.
Dylan Delapair - Site Support Lead
Dylan is a valued member of our team, working as a senior labourer and supporting the successful delivery of projects on site. He plays an essential role in site preparation, material coordination and maintaining a safe, efficient work environment. Dylan is known for his strong work ethic, reliability and commitment to quality workmanship.
Outside of work, Dylan is a dedicated family man who enjoys spending time with his children and making the most of the outdoors. Whether it’s weekend adventures or relaxing with family, he values balance and brings that same positive, grounded approach to his work each day.
Bianca Luscombe - Administration & Colour Selections
Bianca is our friendly and detail-oriented team member who supports both our administration processes and colour selections. She works closely with clients during the exciting stage of choosing colours and finishes, helping them bring their vision to life with confidence and creativity. Bianca also assists with day-to-day administration tasks, ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. Her eye for design, excellent organisation and approachable nature make her an invaluable part of the team.
Melanie Vine - Accounts & Business Support
Melanie is the friendly and efficient force behind our accounts and financial operations. As a co-owner of the business alongside Brendan, Melanie plays a key role in supporting the day-to-day running of operations, ensuring everything stays on track behind the scenes.
With a strong focus on accuracy and organisation, Melanie manages invoicing, payments, and purchase orders with care and professionalism. Her dedication helps keep the team running smoothly and ensures our clients enjoy a seamless experience from start to finish.
Melanie’s approachable nature and deep understanding of the building industry make her an essential support to both the team and our clients. Outside of work, she enjoys quality time with her family and takes great pride in regularly smashing her husband in a game of tennis.
Brendan Vine - Builder
As a licensed builder with over 21 years of experience, Brendan Vine is proud to bring expert craftsmanship and genuine care to every build. Having called the Rockhampton and Yeppoon region home for more than 12 years, Brendan has strong connections to local trades and a deep understanding of what works for Central Queensland living.
Brendan prides himself on being hands-on throughout the entire building process—from the initial consultation to the final handover—ensuring every detail meets his high standards. With a focus on clear communication and quality results, he’s committed to delivering a smooth, stress-free experience for every client.
Outside of work, Brendan enjoys spending time with his family, exploring the outdoors, and having a quick game of tennis.
