David Pelzman
As a licensed builder and director, David brings over 20 years of experience in the industry to his role. With a wealth of expertise in crafting stunning homes across New South Wales, he is dedicated to delivering quality and customer excellence. David is passionate about collaborating with clients, promising to infuse his commitment, knowledge, and enthusiasm into every new home project. He will personally oversee the entire building process, ensuring a smooth and stress-free experience from start to finish.
Lance Duncan
Lance has a lifetime of building experience working on complex commercial developments for some of Australia’s biggest tier one builders.
Lance opted for a change of pace three years ago and joined up with David to form what is now an integral part of his building operation. His role is that of site supervisor, ensuing quality control across multiple sites, project scheduling and trade management.
Sonny Pelzman
Sonny is the first-born son of our director David and has been in, on and around building sites since he was 10 years old (now 18). He is a 3rd year carpentry apprentice & already halfway through his certificate 4 – Building license. He is always keen to learn from the trades and nothing is too much trouble for him on site. When he’s not under Lances tutorship he is always willing to throw his tool belt on and get stuck in. A great asset and future CEO.
