Based at our Sales and Selections Studio, Madeline helps clients understand the building process from hello to handover, so they can be empowered and informed throughout their building journey. She will guide you through choosing the perfect design to suit your needs, lifestyle and budget and can offer advice on our different building solutions and products available. Madeline also looks after contract administration and will assist you throughout the colour selections process, helping you design the interior and exterior of your home.
Tom Heard
As the registered builder, site supervisor and estimator, Tom has worked in the building industry for over a decade. He has extensive experience working on a diverse range of residential builds as well as large-scale commercial projects. Born and raised in Warragul, Tom has a local’s knowledge of the area, which makes all the difference when it comes to building your dream home. He’s passionate about delivering a quality result and helping clients achieve their vision.
