Hotondo Homes launches new designs

Major home builder Hotondo Homes has launched a collection of new designs.

With nine new floor plans across their Sanctuary and Duplex ranges, the release places an emphasis on spacious open-plan living and cultivating a seamless connection to the outdoors.

“Our floor plans cater to the constantly evolving needs of modern families, offering well thought-out spaces that can be used for a variety of purposes,” said Jodie Flower, National Marketing Manager.

“With many Australians working from home since the emergence of COVID-19, the home office has become an integral design feature.”

“We’ve incorporated dedicated spaces that allow for professional and productive home office environments.”

The new additions to Hotondo Homes’ Sanctuary Range include the Seacoast and Apollo, as well as new sizes to their popular Erskine and Luca design families.

Inspired by the Australian coastal lifestyle, the Seacoast embraces relaxed beachside living.

Complete with four bedrooms and two separate living areas, the functional layout is available in three different sizes and offers every member of the family their own space to unwind.

“Our current release also offers designs that can be built on 10-metre-wide lots,” said Jodie.

“Floor plans like the Apollo are cleverly designed to incorporate must-have features while suiting the narrow blocks that are typically available in metro areas.”

On the ground floor, the Apollo features an open-plan kitchen, dining and family area with direct access to an impressive alfresco, creating a sense of continuous space and bringing an abundance of natural light into the home.

The first floor comprises the expansive master suite, remaining bedrooms, study nook, family bathroom and multifunctional living area.

“Often referred to as the heart of the home, the kitchen plays an important role in bringing the whole family together,” said Jodie.

“A spacious open-plan kitchen that overlooks the dining and family areas is a key feature of our designs.”
“Incorporating an island bench and large walk-in-pantry provides plenty of space for prepping food, cooking and entertaining.”

As the brand’s largest range, the Sanctuary Range offers an extensive collection of single and double storey designs to suit the needs and lifestyles of every family.

Hotondo Homes has also released a new duplex design, the Ruby 297, reflecting the growing trend in the Australian property market.

“Our Duplex/Dual Occupancy Range allows for additional flexibility for owner-occupiers and investors,” said Jodie.

“Duplexes offer owner-occupiers a great solution for multigenerational living, while investors can receive additional rental income with two dwellings on the one lot.”

The Ruby 297 is exceptionally designed to maximise living space, with each residence featuring a single garage, two bedrooms and two living areas.

“The bedrooms have been strategically positioned away from the party wall for maximum peace and privacy.”

Hotondo Homes specialises in affordable, quality single and double storey homes, split level designs for sloping blocks, duplexes, and acreage-style homes.

The major home builder offers over 120 flexible floor plans to choose from, with a design to suit every lifestyle, block and budget.

“Our designs are available with a variety of facade styles, ranging from Hamptons to modern to suit your taste and budget,” said Jodie.

“Our facades are also available with a range of external colour schemes to choose from.”
