Darren Pollock
As the Director, Darren is there to make help you make the transition from sales to contract signing. With over 28 years of building experience behind him, he's passionate about building dream homes. Darren has always been an avid Collingwood suppporter and goes to every home game, which he cherishes as family time throughout the year. He recently joined the Melton Bowls Club and is part of their pennant team with his dad, Ray.
Karyn Crowe
As our Accounts Manager, Karyn looks after all things accounts-related to help keep us in good working order. Fitting right in with our family-centric ethos, Karyn has a big family including two grandchildren whom she loves dearly. She particularly enjoys going on family holidays and being in the kitchen to cook her family the food they love. Karyn also spends her spare time looking after her grandchildren and spoiling them however she can.
Lisa Trewarne
As our Social Media Coordinator, Lisa works behind the scenes running our social media pages and creating our monthly newsletters. Just like the Pollock family, Lisa has been an avid Collingwood supporter her entire life and enjoys going to the football with her family. She’s also a very accomplished lawn bowler and is currently studying to be a Paramedic at Victoria University.
Geoff Crowe
As our on site Supervisor, Geoff oversees the construction of your new Hotondo Home! With experience in estimating and over 30 years of carpentry under his belt, there is no one better in charge. Geoff is an avid Carlton supporter and in his spare time, he loves playing golf and spending time with his wife and son. He also enjoys going to the gym, cycling, hiking and keeping active with his son. Geoff is passionate about delivering quality homes for his clients and loves seeing their smile when they get the keys to their new home!
Ray Pollock
As the founder of the business and Darren's dad, Ray has over 50 years of experience. Ray has recently retired but is always popping his head into the office to see how things are. Like the rest of the Pollock family, Ray also is a one-eye Collingwood supporter and loves going to all the home games throughout the year. He recently joined the Melton Bowls Club and plays in their pennant team with Darren. Ray completed two years of National Service for the Army and fought over in Vietnam between 1968-70.
Annamaria de Borzatti
As our Sales Consultant, Annamaria will be your initial point of contact and will assist you in choosing the perfect home to suit your needs. She has over 10 years' experience in sales and has been a part of the business for three years. Annamaria loves spending time with her four daughters, as well as her two grandchildren. She enjoys keeping busy outdoors and cooking up a storm!
