Jordan
As the Director and Builder behind Hotondo Shellharbour, Jordan oversees all aspects of the construction process to ensure that his high quality standards and attention to detail is met. Jordan's highest priority is to deliver you a home you will be proud of! With a huge focus on customer service, Jordan is more than happy to answer any questions and make your building journey as seamless and stress-free as possible.
Luke
Luke is our experienced Site Supervisor who will be there with you every step of the way! Luke will always happily answer all of your questions around the construction phase. He has exceptional communication skills and provides build progress updates, manages work sites efficiently and makes sure each home is built to the highest standards.
Lacey
As our in-house Estimator, Lacey works closely with Jordan our builder to prepare and deliver estimates for the cost of materials, labour and equipment needed to complete a Hotondo Shellharbour Home.
Michael
Meet Mick (Michael), our General Manager! With a wealth of knowledge and experience in the building industry, Mick focuses on working closely with the directors and site supervisors to oversee all parts of construction. With 28 years of experience, he is well-versed in the nuances of building a home. Priding himself on his outstanding customer service, Michael is committed to delivering what the client wants, as well as making them feel like a part of the process. He says the most rewarding aspect of his job is seeing a quality finished product and a very happy family collecting their keys.
Sarah
With a passion for working with the local community. Sarah works part time at Hotondo as our Marketing Manager and is always looking at ways we can help out within the community! With a focus on raising funds for Make-A-Wish and other local charities, including the Hotondo Helping Hands Intiative which raised over $450,000.00 for six local charities, Hotondo Shellharbour prides themselves on giving back to our local community!
David
As our in-house Draftsman, Dave works as part of the construction team to produce the technical drawings needed to design buildings and create infrastructure. He will support and meet with you to discuss your requirements and is able to modify and adjust plans to suit and create your dream home.
Ryan
Ryan is our experienced Site Supervisor who will be there with you every step of the way! Ryan will always happily answer all of your questions around the construction phase, provide build progress updates, manage your work site and make sure your home is built to the highest standards.
Stefanie
Stef, our Accounts Manager, is a key member of the team. Stef manages all financial aspects of the business and will assist you through the financial process and progress payments.
Rachel
Rachel is our enthusiastic Colour Consultant who helps guide every client through the colour selection process. Through colour consultations in our display room and visits to local showrooms, Rachel is able to help you envision what your home will look like, helping you select colours and features based on your personal taste!
