With a passion for working with the local community. Sarah works part time at Hotondo as our Marketing Manager and is always looking at ways we can help out within the community! With a focus on raising funds for Make-A-Wish and other local charities, Hotondo Ulladulla prides themselves on giving back to our local community!
Adam Sturt
Adam has over 19 years of building experience under his belt, providing him with extensive knowledge on constructing a wide range of single, double storey and split level designs. Having worked with a variety of clients, he is able to tailor his services to meet any design aspirations, budget or lifestyle. He is committed to ensuring each client has an enjoyable and stress-free new home journey.
Michael Green
With 28 years of experience in the industry, Michael Green is well-versed in the nuances of building a home. Priding himself on his outstanding customer service, Michael is committed to delivering what the client wants, as well as making them feel like a part of the process. He says the most rewarding aspect of his job is seeing a quality finished product and a very happy family collecting their keys.
Jordan Peters
Having spent over a decade in the construction industry, Jordan Peters is familiar with all aspects of a build. Specialising in building on sloping sites, Jordan will work with you to ensure you’re getting the most out of your block. With a passion for customer service, Jordan has the perfect home solution for you and your individual requirements.
Rachel
Rachel is our enthusiastic Colour Consultant who helps guide every client through the colour selection process. Through colour consultations in our display room and visits to local showrooms, Rachel is able to help you envision what your home will look like, helping you select colours and features based on your personal taste!
Stefanie
As our Accounts Manager, Stef is a key member of the Hotondo Homes Ulladulla team. She manages all financials of the business and helps clients through the financial process and progress payments.
David
As our in-house Draftsman, Dave works as part of the construction team to produce the technical drawings needed to design buildings and create infrastructure. Closely working with the Sales team, Dave will be in meetings to address and deliver any design requests or modifications.
Lauren
Lauren is our Administration Assistant who works closely with our Office Assistant, Construction Manager and Colour Consultant to ensure all applications and procedures are processed and received.
Lacey
As our in-house Estimator, Lacey works closely with Adam, Mick and Jordie to prepare and deliver estimates for the cost of materials, labour and equipment needed to complete a Hotondo Ulladulla Home.
