Meet our experienced team who will be there with you throughout your home building journey

Colin Duncan

Colin is the director and owner of the business and comes from a family who has been building homes since 1990. With more than 40 years of industry experience, he prides himself on his extensive local area knowledge, professionalism and exceptional workmanship. Colin is responsible for the overall running of the business and ensures customer satisfaction and quality construction are the driving principles.

Rebecca Hulbert

Rebecca has been our Office Manager and Bookkeeper for over 12 years and works to ensure the financial side of things is as smooth and stress-free as possible. She enjoys watching new, beautiful homes being built for locals and loves being part of this experience. The world of loans and self-financed builds can be daunting for first time builders, which is why Rebecca prides herself on her service to help clients through the process. 

Mark Jeffreys

Mark is our Senior Construction Supervisor, and oversees the construction of our new homes. Mark will ensure each job runs smoothly and efficiently, and will work closely with you making himself available for on-site visits and inspections as required. He works with our suppliers and trades to ensure each home is completed within the contract period, price and to the highest quality. Mark is patient, reliable and genuine - he builds strong working relationships with trades, suppliers and customers alike.

Scott McGavock

Scott has been our Sales Manager in the Blue Mountains, Lithgow and Penrith area for over 12 years. His many years of experience will ensure you are truly looked after - he'll even hand you the keys to your new home. He will work closely with you throughout the design, plan preparation, documentation presentation and preliminary works phase. Scott's experience allows him to manage the intricacies of your journey and aims to remove any stress. Being a Mountains resident of over 35 years, Scott has a true understanding of the local culture and construction needs.

Eleni Waugh

As our Council Administrator, Eleni aims to ensure the administration side of your journey is as smooth as possible. She manages the pre-construction preparation, including all certificates and documentation. She liaises with all the relevant parties to ensure that you have all the required certification as soon as possible so the team can begin building your new home! Her extensive knowledge of DCP's, LEP's and Council requirements gives Eleni a huge advantage in managing complex processes and DA's.

Shelley Killelea

Shelley is our Administration Manager and a valued member of our team. A Mountains resident from birth, Shelley has 17 years’ experience in Retail Management, exceptional customer service and extensive local knowledge. Shelley is a born problem solver and is focused on providing our clients and trades with the help they need to get the best outcomes.
